Orders covered and delivery availability

We ship eligible shampoos and conditioners, dry shampoos, styling products, hair treatments, travel-size haircare, and curl-care products orders to destinations offered at checkout. Product restrictions, carrier coverage, and the delivery address can limit available service.

Preparation and transit

Paid orders are normally prepared in about 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is estimated at approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch. These periods are estimates rather than guarantees; weekends, holidays, weather, address problems, and carrier events may cause delay.

Charges and accurate information

Any free-shipping eligibility is determined at checkout. Customers must submit an accurate name, postal address, email address, and phone number. Contact us promptly with an order number and checkout email if information needs review, although a change cannot be guaranteed after processing starts.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking updates are provided when the carrier makes them available. For delayed or lost parcels, delivery scans that cannot be located, or packages received damaged, send the order number, tracking number, checkout email, description, and relevant photographs. Delivery restrictions and carrier investigations can affect the available resolution.
