What does our store sell?

Our store offers shampoos and conditioners, dry shampoos, styling products, hair treatments, travel-size haircare, and curl-care products. Product pages provide the applicable sizes, options, ingredients, directions, and warnings.

Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?

Free shipping applies only when checkout shows it. Processing usually takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit; the estimate is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange an item after changing my mind?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, contact us to request a return by mail or an exchange for a non-defective item, including one chosen by mistake or no longer preferred. It must be new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its packaging, labels, and accessories.

What are the return costs?

A free return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send a return without authorization, and exchanges remain subject to inventory.

What if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photographs or video of the item and packaging. Material differences from the description can be reported in the same way.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
